Phoenix, Arizona – Dos Rios Partners, a Texas-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce the recapitalization of PRO EM Party & Event Rentals. PRO EM Party & Event Rentals’ leadership will remain unchanged as former Chief Executive Officer Amir Glogau will now serve as the company Chairman and Brady Castro will be appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer.
