It’s nearly impossible to pull-off a safe, successful special event without a team of professionals on your side. From traffic control and valet, to security and guest relations, the PRO EM Party & Event Rentals team will help get your event going in the right direction. We take our role of event ambassadors extremely seriously. PRO EM team members go through a rigorous training program which equips them with the tools necessary to handle every situation professionally.

We are committed to providing excellent customer service and experienced associates to every event. Therefore, at PRO EM we utilize a database of more than 1,500 active associates who receive concurrent training and are categorized by expertise and availability. Nearly 75% of our associates hold state-issued security guard cards. In compliance with ARS Title 32, Chapter 26, PRO EM provides trained and licensed security guards to maintain a safe environment; this training includes but is not limited to: crowd control, alcohol management, bag checks, ID verification, threat assessment, crime scene preservations, criminal law, professional standards and customer service.
If an associate does not work for PRO EM for a period of 90 days, they are moved to inactive status and then must re-interview and complete orientation training again. Rest assured, each PRO EM associate has gone through a thorough interview process, a background check as well as strength of personal character test. PRO EM also implements many of the Disney Institute’s customer service philosophies and ideologies in our orientation and training.

Once on site, PRO EM teams typically do not rotate to ensure continuity of service and a smooth flow of operation.
