Our team members go through a comprehensive training program that equips them with the tools necessary to handle every situation professionally. We are proud to implement many of the Disney Institute’s customer service philosophies and ideologies in our orientation and training.
At PRO EM we utilize a database of more than 1,500 active associates who receive concurrent training and are categorized by expertise and availability. Nearly 75% of our associates hold state-issued security guard licenses. In compliance with ARS Title 32, Chapter 26, PRO EM National Event Services provides trained and licensed security guards to maintain a safe environment; this training includes but is not limited to: crowd control, alcohol management, magnetometer screening, bag checks, ID verification, threat assessment, crime scene preservations, criminal law, professional standards, and customer service.
