Job title: Assistant manager, parking

Job type: Part-time, with potential to develop into full-time employment

As an Assistant Manager, Parking you will be responsible to maintain the day-to-day operations of all PRO EM contracted parking facilities and surfaces, including the Waste Management Phoenix Open, Barrett-Jackson Car Show, ASU football, basketball, and baseball.

Summary of essential job functions:

    • Manage parking and traffic operations, including passes, and third party needs
    • Develop and maintain relationships with parking management
    • Train, supervise, counsel, and support parking operations team
    • Responsible for coordinating event vehicular and pedestrian traffic to minimize congestion and prevent accidents
    • Administer and implement parking operation policies and procedures
    • Ensure that the guest experience is extraordinary by maintaining a high level of service in all areas of the operation

Job qualifications and skills

    • Knowledge of current parking management/industry best practices and laws including traffic control flagging laws and requirements
    • Ability to log information and make mathematical computations quickly and accurately
    • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, high profile environment and deliver extraordinary moments to our guests and associates
    • Flexible schedule, ability to regularly work evenings and weekends
    • Position is routinely required to work outdoors and is exposed to the elements (heat, rain, etc.)
