Brady Castro

Brady Castro is a Principalof PRO EM National Event Services. He is responsible for the management and development of existing as well as new strategic accounts for the consolidated organization.

His career in special events began while attending Southern Illinois University –Carbondale working concerts and basketball games at the SIU Arena as well as working as a banquet captain at the Holiday Inn. In 1998 he moved to Arizona to pursue a career in law enforcement. During the extensive testing process he worked part-time doing event parking and Security for PRO EM (Professional Event Management), a Tempe-based event management company. Brady was offered a full-time position at PRO EM in 1999 and was eventually promoted to event supervisor, director of security and then outside sales.

He was promoted to Vice President of Corporate Operations in 2003 and was instrumental in guiding the Company’s strategic vision and expansion into other markets and services resulting in a 200% increase in annual revenue during his tenure.

In March of 2006, Brady resigned from PRO EM to join the Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee as Vice President of Operations & Logistics for Super Bowl XLII. He was responsible for the local planning effort relative to relative to public safety, stadium operations, transportation and parking, aviation, medical and credentialing.

He returned to PRO EM in 2008 as Vice President of Operations following the sale of the parent company, Gorilla Companies, and subsequent merger with Phoenix-based Ultimate Event Services.

In 2011 Brady was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. In October of 2016 following the recapitalization of PRO EM by Dos Rios Partners of Austin, TX, Brady was promoted to President and CEO.

During his professional career he has been fortunate to work on projects including Arizona State University Sun Devil Athletics, the Chicago Cubs Spring Training, the Waste Management Phoenix Open (PGA), 2012 Solheim Cup (LPGA), Super Bowl XLII, the 2006 and 2010 NCAA BCS National Championships, The Tostito’s Fiesta Bowl, Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl, the 2010 Winter Olympics, 2011 MLB All-Star Game, 2010 NBA All-Star Weekend, Muhammad Ali’s Celebrity Fight Night as well as events with Presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barrack Obama.

Brady is a native of Rockton, Illinois and an avid sports fan. He enjoys hiking, golfing, cooking, reading and traveling. He has servedon the Board of Directors of Ryan House, a pediatric palliative care center in Phoenix as well as Committee Chair for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Arizona Golf Classic and Wish Ball, volunteer for the American Heart Association, Special Olympics and Susan G. Komen Foundation. Brady has been a guest speaker on Ed Smiths “EZ Sports Talk” radio show, Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundationand guest lecturer at Northwestern University and Arizona State University.
